Service & Device Policy

1. Purchase Models

Outright Purchase

Customers purchase the device upfront and may subscribe to connectivity and platform services on a recurring basis (e.g., annual SIM/data/service renewal).

Contract-Based Rental

Customers subscribe to a fixed-term rental plan that includes device, connectivity services, and platform access for the contract duration. Device ownership remains with GPSina or authorized partners unless stated otherwise.

2. Refund & Replacement Policy

Outright Purchase

  • All devices are non-refundable once purchase is completed.
  • Defective devices under warranty will be replaced with equivalent units.
  • No cash refunds are allowed under any circumstances.

Contract-Based Rental

  • Rental fees are non-refundable once service has commenced.
  • Device defects not caused by misuse will be replaced at no additional cost.
  • Early termination may incur applicable charges as per contract terms.

3. SIM Card, Connectivity & Subscription Policy

Outright Purchase

  • Devices include pre-installed SIM cards.
  • Annual subscription renewal is required for service continuity.
  • Renewal can be done via dealers or GPSina Customer Care.
  • Failure to renew may result in service suspension.

Contract-Based Rental

  • SIM, connectivity, and platform access are included in the plan.
  • Services remain active only while subscription is valid.
  • Expiry or termination will result in service suspension.

4. Delivery & Installation Policy

Outright Purchase

  • Available via authorized dealers or direct GPSina arrangement.
  • Installation can be scheduled at dealer workshop or doorstep appointment.
  • Subject to technician availability.

Contract-Based Rental

  • Installation is included in the subscription package.
  • Relocation or replacement may incur additional charges unless specified in contract.

6. General Conditions

GPSina reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of products and services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
